The director of athletics at New York University has been placed on administrative leave after allegations of sexual abuse and harassment, independent student paper Washington Square News reported Tuesday. A location scout for the Netflix show Narcos was shot to death on September 11th in Mexico near the border of Hidalgo state in central Mexico. Carlos Muñoz Portal had been taking photos of potential locations for the show at the time.
